SERVICE LINE DEVELOPMENT

The iQera Group acquires a majority stake in Serfin97 s.r.l.
Servicer with over 30 years of experience in debt recovery management in the out-of-court phase.
The iQera Group acquires a majority stake in Sistemia S.p.A.
Company active in the management of receivables throughout their life cycle with a strong connotation in services related to the judicial phase and in the real estate sector.
The iQera Group completes the acquisition of Sistemia S.p.A. and Serfin 97 S.r.l.
With the acquisition of the minority shares, the iQera Group consolidates its position by becoming the only shareholder of the Group in Italy.
From 1 June 2021 Sistemia S.p.A. changed its corporate name to iQera Italia S.p.A.
From October 2021, iQera Italia S.p.A. is the Group's holding company in Italy with Serfin 97 Srl, 100% controlled by iQera Italia.
